Alergy Therapy

An Allergy is an uncontrolled reaction of our body, immunity system to external influences, which are called allergens. This overreaction of the immunity system stimulates the production of anti-bodies, which guard our health. The amount of the anti-bodies rises and they start attacking the allergen, which has been classified as dangerous for our health. Doing so they actvate certain cells which start to produce histamine and other substances which cause the following allergic symptoms: swellings, sanguined conjunctives, coughs and other reactions.
    An allergy is a  patologcal reaction of our immunity system, which should be guarding our health, but it can be a source of problems. Allergies are sicknesses with a genetic ground, we inherit them. Predispositions are taken over from our parents. The growing pollution, car exhaustions, parts of plants, smoke of cigarettes destroy the defense of our respiratory system, which allows the allergens to enter our organism.
    A wrong nutrition which does not offer the balance of important ingredients weakens the body and our immunity system, what can make allergies worse, this happens especially to smokers.
Most of allergies appear during the early childhood and are often mistakenly recognized as simple colds, but an allergy can affect people much later, either.
    Providing a good fitness the resistence against allergies can be improved. Stess challenges our immunty system even more and can be an additional reason for allergic overreactions, because of which one should not forget the emotions of the patient during the treatment. Relaxation, the balancing of the emotions weakens allergic reactions noticeably.
