Paraffin
The thermal effect of paraffin (48 – 52°C) expands blood vessels, improves microcirculation at the place of application, whereby it aids in reducing inflammation and pain and in relieving muscle or ligament spasms.

Shortwave diathermy
The effect of high-frequency currents results in hyperemia (improved blood circulation), diathermia (heating) of tissue and relief of muscle spasms. Diathermy is thus used to affect inflammations of the locomotive organs and internal organs, mainly in chronic phases.

Pneumoacupuncture – gas injections
